Description
All Energy Solar is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The Sales Operations Specialist works behind the scenes to ensure the sales team has the tools and processes to succeed. This position works closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to optimize sales processes and support the company’s growth initiatives. You will manage the sales technology stack, troubleshoot process issues, maintain data integrity, and provide training to ensure sales operations run smoothly. Responsibilities & Essential Functions
- Administering and managing key sales tools including Quoting Tools, Smartsheets, Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Hubspot.
- Generate sales reports, dashboards, and visual data tools to track metrics and provide insights to team members.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their operational needs and help achieve their goals.
- Train team members on sales processes and systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other divisions such as finance, marketing, and operations.
- Develop strategies and tactics to maximize sales effectiveness, efficiency, and data quality.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize sales operations processes.
- Create and manage sales documentation, including sales plans, SOPs, and job aids.
- Manage and advise on the execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Skills/Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales operations, operations management, and business development or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience considered (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Tech-savvy with successful experience in CRM software, sales analytics tools, modern software tools and proficient in Google Suite/Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Calendar, Forms, Docs, Gmail) or related software.
- Demonstrated strong customer service orientation.
- Accurate and timely data processing.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thoroughly understand policies and procedures.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a fast-growing environment.
- Able to multitask and prioritize projects.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and internal collaboration.
- Ability to communicate information quickly, accurately, and at the appropriate level of detail for the sales organization and customers both verbally and in writing.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer (frequent).
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times (infrequent).
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute (frequent).
Compensation & Benefits
- This is a full-time exempt salaried position with an expected base annual salary range $65,000 – $78,000 (Depending on Qualifications & Experience).
- Hybrid: This position is eligible to work a combination of in-office work at AES headquarters (St. Paul, MN) and remote/work from home eligibility: (*Note: this is subject to change by management based on company and business needs, may or may not be eligible until 90+ days of employment/training period completion, will be determined and agreed on by management and employee, and contingent upon employees being in good standing).
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (company core hours). This position and the working schedule offers flexibility and may require additional hours outside of normal working hours including but not limited to mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Profit sharing bonus based on company performance.
