Quick Tips for Your Solar Design and Install

Get a solar panel system designed for you

Our pros match your property’s opportunities with your solar objectives. We look at historical electricity usage and future plans to create a system that hits upon all of your power wishes.

The right size may not be your max size

The number of panels your roof can fit and what makes sense can be quite different. Shade, orientation to the sun, and roof pitch all impact production. Be sure to choose a design that makes power-producing sense.

Don’t overlook ground mount solar panels

When it comes to locating your solar panels, most people look to their roof. While that makes sense, a ground mount system could make more sense. They allow panels to be installed in the best possible location and positioned at the optimal angle to maximize light collection. Plus, ground mounted panels are easier to clear and service.

Insist on solar panels installed to code

Some companies play loose with building, fire and electrical codes. We do not. All Energy Solar has licensed engineers, contractors and electricians on every project. Make sure the company you choose pulls permits and complies with all inspections to deliver a reliable — and legal — solar panel install.

Your utility has a say on the design

Utility companies place limits on the size of a private solar panel system. In most residential cases, All Energy Solar designs and installs systems that cover 100% of your power needs. With commercial, we’re experts at working with utilities to install the most solar possible on your property when that’s your objective.

Activating your new solar panels

You can’t flip a switch and start generating solar power. You have to achieve “interconnection.” That’s approval from your utility to connect to the grid. All Energy Solar handles that for our customers. Make sure the company you chose will do this as well.

Hiring Solar Install Experts Gives You Opportunities

Any solar company can put panels on a roof. But what about designing and installing a ground mount system? Or putting solar panels on a facade? How about creating tiltable panels? Your project may want, need or benefit from unconventional installations. All Energy Solar handles these projects all the time.

  • Custom-engineered panel mounts

Understand the Total Solar Installation Process
