All Energy Solar has announced some major growth milestones, with our 6,000th solar installation and our 200th employee. As our company grows, we’re putting in an effort to keep that family-owned, family-friendly culture. We’re proud of the exceptional team that we’ve built, and we wanted to acquaint you with some of the great people working at All Energy Solar.
With that in mind, we’ve been collecting introductions to some of our teammates. Did you know that between our Minnesota, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Commercial and Service teams, we have nearly 30 crews this year at All Energy Solar? Residential Install Crew 3, Minnesota

Here we introduce the Minnesota Residential Install Crew #3. This team enjoys being a part of a company that values quality, meeting a wide variety of dog’s at the homes where they work, and snacks!

What do you love doing the most in your work? | The people, atmosphere, and seeing a project from start to finish. Seeing all the cool big houses and meeting people’s dogs. |
What is your favorite thing about working at All Energy Solar? | AES pays a lot of attention to details and they allow for high-quality work. Feeling respected and not getting treated like just a number and most of all the SNACKS. |
What is the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us? | Work hard, have fun and be open to learning. Come in with the right attitude and always put your body in the right direction. |
What is something people don’t know about you? | Dominic loves to play board games. His favorite is Mansion of Madness. Orin is currently building a sauna and is 90% done with it and is really good in the batting cages. Red can code and Alex likes to listen to polka music and did the painting in the Operations office. |
Who’s most likely to break a world record? | Red because he’s the youngest and still has a lot of time to break a record. |
Residential Install Crew 2, Minnesota

Introducing Minnesota Residential Install Crew #2 – please meet Jeremy, Sam, Brent and Javier! Crew 2 is also known as “The Buffet Crew”, because they love trying new buffet’s for lunch when they travel to projects. This team enjoys their job not only because they get donuts on Fridays, but also because of the people they work with (special shout out to Yakov on the Minnesota Warehouse team!). Another cool thing to note – Brent is a volunteer firefighter and EMT – THANK YOU for helping your community, Brent!

What do you love doing the most in your work? | Drilling holes through the roof, break-time, meeting the customers and their cool pets. |
What is your favorite thing about working at All Energy Solar? | Donuts on Friday and employees, especially Yakov. |
What is the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us? | Don’t be afraid to ask questions and be on time. |
What is something people don’t know about you? | Brent is a volunteer Firefighter and EMT. Sam likes to travel to bike and hike and was born in Iceland. Javier loves cats and did fencing for 6 years. Jeremy currently lives with his grandpa and takes good care of him! |
Who’s most likely to make it out of a scary movie? | Jeremy would but only one arm left. |

Meet our Minnesota Residential Crew #14. The thing that they love most about their job at AES is completing a project and seeing the customers’ reaction. What do you love doing the most in your work? | Seeing the completed job and seeing the customer’s reaction. |
What is your favorite thing about working at All Energy Solar? | Snacks (mainly the hummus), flexibility and hours. |
What is the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us? | Be prepared to get your sleep schedule adjusted and being on the roof. Learn to trust your ropes and safety equipment. SAFETY OVER EVERYTHING. |
What is something people don’t know about you? | Did you know before moving to MN 2 years ago Mike lived in Alaska!? Eric likes to go cave exploring and Sean likes to longboard and does photography! Check out his Instagram and give a follow if you’d like @young._.crusader |
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? | Mike would go to Ireland for the old castles. Eric would go see Catacombs of Paris and Sean would go to Tokyo! |

Meet the Minnesota Residential Install Crew #15! Leng, Kareed, Adrian and Nate really enjoy seeing different views from the rooftop as they install solar, as well as a happy customer’s face with a job well done. In addition to working hard on the roof, this team has a variety of talents on the ground as well – an artist, a musician, and a video gamer! What is something people don’t know about you? | Kareed loves video games and is a sports fanatic. Adrian can blow glass and Nate is a musician in all genres like rock/rock/EDM! |

This team enjoys working outside together and the family feel of our organization. While they don’t always agree on pizza toppings, working as a team is one of the things they love most about their job. What is something people don’t know about you? | Aaryon likes to make hip-hop/RnB music. Quanta used to play the saxophone and cello and Charun when he was 3 was left stranded in Germany. |
