All Energy Solar announced major growth milestones this year, with our 6,000th solar installation and our 200th employee. Now with 2023 on the horizon, we are barrelling towards a team of 300. As our company grows, we want to keep that family-owned, family-friendly culture. We’re proud of the exceptional team that we’ve built, and we want to acquaint you with some of the great people working at All Energy Solar.
With that in mind, we’ve been collecting introductions to some of our teammates. You can see our previous installment from August here, as well as Meet the Crew from September and the people we met in October. We have had the privilege of meeting many of our crews and techs so far, and while we haven’t quite met everyone yet on our crews we are going to start sprinkling in our office teams as well. Here is our installment for November.

Warehouse Crew, Massachusetts

Here we introduce our Massachusetts Warehouse Crew meet Nicholas! We have a small but mighty crew supporting our Massachusetts branch, and Nicholas’ favorite thing about working at AES are his co-workers. What is the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us? | Be committed, have strong work ethics and have clear communication. Have humiliation and learn from your mistakes. |
What is something people don’t know about you? | Wayne – is a musician. He has been playing instruments since he was 6 years old. He knows how to play the triumph, guitar and dulcimer. Paul – Strongly hates sandbar camping other than that he likes to camp. |
What is the best concert you have ever been to? | Wayne – Dead and Company’s concert. Paul – has only gone to one concert before so it would have to be 3 Bunnies. |
Engineering Site Visit Team, Minnesota

This crew is our Minnesota based Engineering Site Visit team – meet Adam, Eric, Mike R, Mike M and Che! This team loves the culture at All Energy, and believes that having a positive attitude is the most important thing for a person who wants to work with us. This team has has quite a few interests, including music, snowboarding, a coaching, and chickens! Big thanks to our ESV team and the important work that you do engaging with our customers and kicking off our projects!!

What do you love doing the most in your work? | Drone flying, meeting the customers and other critters and being able to advocate for green energy. |

What is the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us? | Be open minded and have the willingness to learn. Be dependable, diligent and most importantly positive attitude. |
What is something people don’t know about you? | Adam – Has been to over 1000 concerts! His favorite genre of concerts are Jam Band. Che – Was a travel musician in the east coast for years and just retired 2 years ago. Eric – Loves to ski and snowboard. Mike M – Has 6 chickens. Mike R – Coaches hockey. |
